This 2,500 sq. ft. dining facility at the Statue of Liberty National Monument is the highest volume restaurant in New York and perhaps the world. The restaurant provides a quick food and beverage line for more than two million visitors annually. Brad Hill or the E. Hill Group, operator or the concession feels “pride in having the best food facility in the National Park Service system." The design echoes the Statue in warmth, color and materials. ChemTone copper and gold laminates cover the walls and form large-scale graphic murals. The facility contributes to the total experience of the Statue of Liberty.
