With the tasks of spearheading the rejuvenation downtown Harford, Connecticut; Capital Properties also sought to increase Notability for their recently purchased office towers at Constitution Plaza. Louis Nelson Associates designed concepts for building identification, street side exhibits and parking garage entrances combining historic elements of the Plaza with contemporary materials and video technology.
